Onboarding steps
What happens after you sign up for our services
1. Welcome Email
After signup you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, a second email with the steps you should take in order to start using our services and a third email with your username and a link to set up your account password.
2. Website hosting setup
After going in your account, you can submit your website for web hosting setup.
To submit your website click on “Submit site hosting request” in your account and fill the form with the requested data.
You will receive an email that is confirming your website hosting request submission.
After website hosting submission you should create a Cloudflare account and add our team to your Cloudflare account.
This will take about 10 min to setup and our team will send you detailed instructions on how to do that, so no need to worry if you don’t know how to do it.
After this is done our engineers will migrate your website to your WP Energize hosting account without any downtime.
